• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts made for the first time.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Lottery

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Draws are conducted through a fully automated and impartial RNG system.
• Winnings that are not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

Casino Games

• The RTP (Return to Player) information for all casino games is displayed on each individual game page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk334. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
